By accessing or using this website, booking a class, or purchasing a service from Never Fail Tactical (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services and Eligibility

Never Fail Tactical provides firearm safety, concealed carry, and defensive training classes in compliance with Illinois state law.

  • Participants must meet all legal eligibility requirements for firearm handling and ownership.

  • You must be 21 years or older to enroll in concealed carry classes unless otherwise permitted by law.

  • We reserve the right to verify identification and deny participation to anyone who fails to meet eligibility or safety requirements.

3. Payments and Refunds

All class registrations require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made by students at least 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time.

  • If a class is canceled by Never Fail Tactical due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Safety Policy

Firearms and ammunition must be handled responsibly at all times.

  • All firearms must be unloaded and cased before entering the training facility.

  • Students must follow all instructor directions and safety protocols.

  • Never Fail Tactical reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is owned by Never Fail Tactical and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in firearm training involves inherent risks. By enrolling in a class, you agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and waive any claim against Never Fail Tactical, its instructors, and affiliates for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or website use.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
