1. Where are you located?

Never Fail Tactical is located at 2311 West Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60194.

2. How do I register for a class?

You can view upcoming classes and register directly through our Classes / Schedule page on this website. Payment is required to hold your spot.

3. What should I bring to RANGE DAY?

For range day, please bring:

50 rounds of ammunition
Your firearm (unloaded and cased)
Ear and eye protection
These items are required on RANGE DAY ONLY. If you don’t have equipment, contact us in advance to ask about rentals or options.

4. Do I need my own firearm to take a class?

No. You’re encouraged to bring your own firearm if you have one, but we can help arrange a loaner or rental with advance notice.

5. Do you offer Military and Law Enforcement discounts?

Yes. Active and retired Military and Law Enforcement may be eligible for discounted class rates. Contact us for current discount codes and requirements.

6. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Student cancellations made at least 48 hours before class may receive a refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If Never Fail Tactical cancels a class, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. What are the basic requirements to attend a concealed carry class?

Students must be 21 or older, legally allowed to possess a firearm, and able to safely participate in live-fire training. A valid FOID card is required for Illinois Concealed Carry certification but you do not need to have a FOID to take the Concealed Carry Class.
