Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellations Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. However, the student may either send another eligible person in their place or apply their payment as a credit toward a future class. Emergencies We understand that our students often serve in roles where emergencies and last-minute call-ups happen. In the event of a documented emergency — including but not limited to medical issues, family emergencies, or military or first-responder duty — Never Fail Tactical will, at its discretion, work with you to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future class. Cancellations by Never Fail Tactical If Never Fail Tactical cancels a class for any reason, you may either reschedule to a future date or receive a full refund. Whenever possible, we will notify affected students at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time. Minimum Enrollment Each class requires a minimum enrollment count: 3 students for the 3-hour class and 4 students for the 16-hour course. If the minimum is not met, Never Fail Tactical reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class. Should this occur, we will notify affected students at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time, and those students may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
