Cancellation Policy
Student Cancellations Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. However, the student may either send another eligible person in their place or apply their payment as a credit toward a future class. Emergencies We understand that our students often serve in roles where emergencies and last-minute call-ups happen. In the event of a documented emergency — including but not limited to medical issues, family emergencies, or military or first-responder duty — Never Fail Tactical will, at its discretion, work with you to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future class. Cancellations by Never Fail Tactical If Never Fail Tactical cancels a class for any reason, you may either reschedule to a future date or receive a full refund. Whenever possible, we will notify affected students at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time. Minimum Enrollment Each class requires a minimum enrollment of 3 students. If the minimum is not met, Never Fail Tactical reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class. Should this occur, we will notify affected students at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time, and those students may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
